Well i am 16 and i live in the UK and would like to immigrate into Canada! About to do A levels in September, After i was thinking of doing a geography course in Uni! Do you think i would get into the country with a degree in Geography! I don't know what to do after! ThanksBeing born and raised in Canada, I have met some immigrants who have successfully gained a citizenship without any university experience. You'll pretty much be tested for a basic understanding of how Canada works.
There are many factors to consider, such as where you intend to move (Canada is the second largest country in the world, after all), and in what field you plan to work. You should also be aware of taxes you will have to pay (this changes between provinces), and how to manage your Canadian dollar.

I suggest you go to your local library and pick up some books on Canadian law and politics. Some history books wouldn't hurt either. Of course, the internet is always an option.

Also, you should take a look at this website, it should help you: http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLIsh/immigrate/i...

Trust me, you've chosen a wonderful country. Good luck!
