Hi,
Leaving for holidays, I'm renting my place in Paris for a period : 1st july --> 15th august.
Located in the 20th (near Place Gambetta "la campagne à Paris" - Père
Lachaise), close to Metro station Telegraphe, St Fargeau and Gambetta
(10mn to Paris Les Halles).
I live in a cosy studio (25m2), which is clear, calm, clean and well
organized in a typical parisian building. 6th floor with elevator.
Orientation south west.
It includes a separate furnished kitchen ( Oven+microwaves, washing
machine, frige...), a separate bathroom+WC, and a main living room with a
comfortable bed for two. I have a high-speed wifi connection +
telephone for free in Europe.
The rent (Negotiable) is 850 euros / month or 250 euros / week all included (WIFI, electricity, water).
